Beginning this week, teens who have completed the summer reading challenge may redeem their punch cards for a free messenger bag at any of our three branch locations or bookmobile stops. Each finisher will also be entered in a drawing for other rewards which will be announced later this summer.
If you haven’t registered for our teen summer reading program, click here to learn more and register online. This program is ongoing through August 6, so there’s still plenty of time to get involved!

How does collecting the prizes work if you sign up online???
For those of us who signed up online, how do we get a punchcard? On an email I received, it said you redeem your punchcard to get your bag.
Hi Kimboly and Madison! Even though the library allows online registration of the teen summer reading program, typically teens still stop by the library at some time to pick up their punchcard. If you can’t make it to any of our branches, I’d be happy to mail you one. Give me a buzz at teen@dbrl.org!
